A two-time IoD North West Director of the Year, Richard formerly worked within the US’s ‘Big Pharma Corridor’ and acted as an advisor to George Osborne on manufacturing, exports and business growth in the North West.

Spencer Kerry

Spencer Kerry co-founded Impel Healthcare Catalysts in 2019. As a former CFO at Crawford Healthcare, Spencer played a key role in the growth and eventual $126m sale of the North West-based world-class wound care company.

A Chartered Accountant with a legal background, Spencer has been in senior financial executive positions in high-growth healthcare businesses since 2005, across pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics. He has a proven track record of managing expansion, structuring and negotiating innovative transactions and entering new markets.
